The Mayor of Turin, Stefano Lo Russo, delivered an initial institutional speech, emphasizing the importance of IT in public administration and citizen services. He highlighted values such as sustainability, inclusion, and support for the vulnerable as fundamental in increasing people's happiness.

Among the event's guests, the figure of Emanuele Lambertini stands out, a Paralympic athlete who shared his extraordinary story of resilience and success. Lambertini demonstrated that happiness can emerge from even the most challenging circumstances, inspiring everyone present.

Davide Gindro, the master of ceremonies, maintained an exciting pace throughout the event, emphasizing the importance of details in creating a memorable experience.

Beppe Carrella concluded the event with a thought-provoking speech, emphasizing that happiness cannot be purchased but must be built through personal experiences and efforts.
